This place has the best customer service and always there to help you with your needs or questions they recently installed a gate with pin for easy access to units and and one an hour later then the office hours it was something new and a lot of customer didnt know how to use it someone was always out there helping guests and teaching them how to use there code to open and close the gate. Michelle the office manager is amazing she is friendly and she does not treat you as a customer she treats you as family and I not only seen her kindness with me I see her interact with many guests she knows all her customers she definitely a great friend as I gotten to know her any problems or issues she is on top of it! I have no worry about my unit they walk the property and I feel safe when I am going through my storage. I definitely recommend this place for your storage needs and they have everything you need

The Manager, Michelle, was SO helpful, very professional, efficient and accommodating and very nice! She explained everything very thoroughly and processed and met all my needs that was SO greatly appreciated! VERY happy with the decision and recommendations I got from from other people and SO glad I went there! The staff is friendly and the price is great! The one negative I have is the RV spaces are overgrown with weeds. I would like for the spaces to be upkept a little better.

The lady who runs the storage is a sweetheart. Really down to earth and funny. I dont like the hours and its crazy to me that the would shut down on a holiday. Thats when people are off and can get stuff taken care of. And i wish they were open later like my old storage. But the people are nice and take good care of my things. Cant complain too much . Its all still there.

Had a slight miscommunication with this place but the customer service was great-they were understanding and flexible with the issue. Very professional.

I've been a long time customer and I have never had any problems up until recently when they got new management. They've changed so many things and I was completely unaware and I'm having to deal with the consequences of not knowing their new policy. Way to keep your customers informed.
