Staff was very accommodating. We had to move out for construction and the location is close to our house. Access times make it easy to take loads after work.

Very offensive. Manager attempted to go off of me as soon as I entered the premises about my gate to my unit being half raised against the elements in Feb.(African American and I haven't seen her anymore). That got taken care of then and there. Staff peer in the opened unit like it is a public monument every time I am there during office hrs. I first had a car and I told staff repeatedly I would be a walk in for a while. Then today another older Caucasian staff member played that stupid game of I thought a customer forgot to lock the unit, because she saw no car. She had a customer with her and told him to look at my unit to compare what he wanted. He was just scanning my stuff. There is a gate entry/departure log in and out so why the claimed confusion? Plus it is so dark at around 6 pm that I have to use my cell light to unlock my unit. So invasive, unsafe and unprofessional. heads up to single, carless, females of color. Either way they failed to provide safe and secure storage in my view. I am out this weekend. You be the judge random bias or consistent irritation.

Over priced you have to buy Insurance office not open on sunday

they raise 10% rent every 6 months, i wish there was rent control over this people ,they are abusive the way the raise your rent, since the moment they toke ownership , they have being raising the rent on us
